Terms of Service
By requesting a quote or booking a detail with Done Right Mobile Car Detailing, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide; final pricing may change if the vehicle condition differs materially from what was described, and we will tell you before starting.
Access to Your Vehicle
We require legal, safe access to the vehicle at the address you provide. If the vehicle is inaccessible or the location does not permit our work, we may need to reschedule.
Our Guarantee
Our guarantee: if any part of the detail does not meet our standard, contact us within 48 hours and we will return and address it at no cost. The guarantee covers detailing workmanship. It does not cover pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or wear that cannot be corrected by detailing.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We are insured. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, aftermarket components that are already loose or damaged, or clear coat failure and paint defects that existed before service.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations are welcome; we simply ask for notice as early as you can give it.
